Our vineyard is committed to an eco-responsible approach, implementing consistent environmental management in all aspects of our production. That's why we're proud to be certified High Environmental Value (HVE), in recognition of our commitment to preserving our ecosystem.
At home, we pay particular attention to the meticulous upkeep of our estate, conscious of the direct impact this can have on the quality of our grapes and our overall environment. We continually seek to reduce the use of chemical inputs, favouring alternative, environmentally-friendly methods.
For over 20 years, we have been developing expertise in working the soil, guided by our desire to preserve the microbial life of our plots. This meticulous approach, which respects our terroir, has led us to adopt a biodiversity approach that is essential for sustainable winegrowing.

RESPECTFUL OF THE ENVIRONMENT
We have decided to stop using chemical weedkillers to maintain our vines. Instead, we have opted for environmentally-friendly weed control. This helps to create a healthy environment that is conducive to the growth of our vines.

Our farm is proud of the results of our Pesticide Residue Analysis (2019 draw, more than 228 drug residues searched for).
A VINEYARD WITH HIGH ENVIRONMENTAL VALUE CERTIFICATION
Our Champagne Jean-Philippe Trousset vineyard has been HVE (High Environmental Value) certified since 2017. This certification attests to our commitment to preserving and protecting the environment while producing high-quality Champagnes.
HVE certification is one of the most demanding labels in terms of respect for the environment. It highlights our good agricultural practices and rewards our efforts to preserve biodiversity, limit our impact on ecosystems and reduce our carbon footprint.
